Before entering real estate, Darlene spent 20 years in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology, supporting couples through some of the most emotionally complex chapters of their lives. That background instilled in her a rare combination of empathy, patience, and purposeful listening, qualities that define her work with clients and colleagues alike. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling from St. John's University, and it shows.
Darlene specializes across Long Island, with particular depth in Manhasset, Great Neck, East Norwich, Oyster Bay, Huntington, Greenlawn, Centerport, and Northport. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Her consistent recognition as a top-producing, award-winning agent reflects not just her results, but her commitment to the clients behind them.
As the manager of our Manhasset office, Darlene is equally invested in the success of her agents, helping many achieve top-producing and office elite recognition. She leads with accountability, decisiveness, and the kind of genuine care that earns long-term trust.
Outside of work, Darlene gives back through People Loving People of Oyster Bay and the SELAH Foundation. She finds her greatest joy spending time with her three daughters, and recharging through cooking, gardening, hiking, sailing, and travel.
